StarrrBuckkeskes

I just had to share my early afternoon break experience and figured this is as good a place as any. I decided to go for a little walk to get some coffee and check out a restaurant I had noticed and was interested in.

It is an absolutely gorgeous day today in San Francisco. It's sixty degrees and sunny, not a cloud in the sky - in other words a perfect day for a little walk. So I head down Mission toward the nearest Starbucks and on the way I stopped in at Cravery which is a restaurant specializing in hand-held gourmet pot pies.

This is a blurry picture of Cravery. The pies looked lovely and smelled heavenly. I will be sure to report back once I've tried them.

So I continued my walk down Mission, listening to my iPod, "Scribble". I got a really nice surprise when a Heronymus song came on. That of course made me think of Tim Williams (lead singer of Heronymus) so I decided to give him a call and say hello. As I was leaving him a voice mail, they handed over my drink (actually a chai latte today - yum) which had my name on it.

Here is a picture of my name as they heard it or decided to spell it:

Maybe that means I'm now an honorary barista and they combined that honor with my name!

Last thing for this post is to tell you all that right across 5th Street from The Chron is a new store called Good Vibrations. It is not a surf shop as you might be inclined to think. It's actually a vibrator store! Sounds like a little investigation is in order. You can bet that will make the blog so stay tuned!
