In our little 'burb of Fremont, there is a cool fountain at one of the corners of a pretty busy intersection.  It's a nice aesthetic touch to a your average commercial area.

I worked with a guy a few years ago who was into he would make a point of finding them and photographing them when on vacation, etc.  I never really thought about that being a hobby, but I've seen a good number of really cool ones in larger cities.  Portland, Oregon has many really cool ones.

But I digress...

Through a little research, I found that our Fremont fountain is called the Heart Fountain.  Here is some info by a guy involved in the creation of it.  The fountain looks cool during the daytime, but it's better at night.

Here's my weak attempt at taking a video of it.  Be prepared for an abrupt pan at the end.
