Under Pass

During today's break, I made a point to check out that pedestrian under pass.  

Not very inviting if open.
Seems like the prime spot for a troll.

After finding out the name of the path, I did a little research.  Apparently, this pass has a controversial past.

I also found out that the threat of flooding is the reason it is closed for part of the year.
